Major Responsibilities : 1. Ensuring the overall day to day Supply Chain functions & management. 2. Update the database & maintain local & foreign purchase related job. 3. Monitor & Maintain the purchase order as per requirement in daily basis. Evaluate Trends, Monitor stock level & Manage Inventory. 4. Monitor & Maintain the urgent / emergency requirement in daily basis. 5. Transport maintenance, Service, Truck fare incentive prepared and look after logbook. 6. Monitoring the supplier & distributor activities for smooth operation of supply chain. 7. Continuous follow up SCM and HR activities with all the entities and ensure in time support, coordination and communication with the employees of all areas; 08. Prepare different types of report on SCM and HRM as per company requirement. 09. Commercial / SCM / Administrative task assigned by the Management. 10. Prepare different kinds of analysis report on Commercial / SCM and HR. 11. SCM Planning & Development (Actual priority analysis, Fund management, training, motivating). 12. Renewal of license/ agreement & Membership. 13. Ensure Safety stock and confirm in time supply of all spare / item. 14. Ensure all compliance issues of a fully compliant Factory both Ethical and Technical on daily basis. 15. Handle Supplier / Buyer compliance independently. 16. Work with a procurement policy / guide line of higher management, Proposed to change Procurement Policy if required. 17. Arrange regular training & need base training on SCM. 18. Monitoring all types of L/C and export import. 19. Monitoring custom clearing matter. 20. Handling banking related matter. 21. Maintain and monitoring all commercial activities of the company.
