I have over twenty years customer service experience in different areas of the customer service industry. I'm hard working and looking forward to working for a company that appreciates the honesty and hard work of the people they hire. I have worked in reservations such as booking hotels, flights and car reservations (travel agency), customer service/client support for customers orders wit different companies. In my last position, I worked in general customer support and loss prevention with LimeBike (an international bike share company) through Upwork. I have experience with chat, email, and phone support and other areas of customer service/support, data entry, proofreading, etc.
