We have a SaaS web service which is hosted on a Windows 2012 dedicated server on iis and is connected to a mySQL database. The service has been running fine for the past 4 years, but in the past week, we are getting spikes in the CPU load which is going to 100% sporadically and bringing down the server (the spike is caused by mySQL). We require someone who is an expert on Windows Servers and mySQL to troubleshoot the issue. We are not sure if the high CPU load is caused by an outside source (DoS attack) or a misconfigured SQL query. So, looking for someone with the right knowledge and tools to log in and diagnose the issue. To be started immediately.
