I want to create a white label form that when completed will fill out the Chinese Embassy and Brazilian Consulate embassy form. The form will be hosted on my site, and agencies and visa services can use the embed and CREATE rules on what happens after. Would also like a affiliate program where each time the form is used, I will receive a small commission to help run and maintain the form aand security.
i am using to create a membership site and i am using wufoo forms to collect data on a squarespace website so after the user is successfully loged in, the user will be redirected to a form (using wufoo forms) i want the form to capture the name and email and id of the user without having the user to type it please help
I'm using wufoo form builder in my project and having problem with it. I need to integrate google analytics with it but seems like js code is not working. Sid, Been tough to communicate with you. I really need to get the SQL Database restored or recreated on my Godaddy instance so that the web application prototype you built for me gets back to being functional. Ideally you can restore the full database and contents, if not, can you recreate the database and I can start fresh with adding new data. I just need the functionality between Wufoo, DB and website to work as it did before. There will be more work to come after this. I have a ton of quality leads that would spend money with my company, but I am having trouble getting all of the leads contacted successfully. We have a web page set up with a simple Wufoo form to fill out. Once a lead submits his/her information to be contacted, a new lead is created in Zoho. I would like these leads to be contacted within a few minutes. I would also like my reps to be able to "power dial" a list of leads. Right now they are calling them manually on their phones, and not getting through enough leads quickly enough so we're missing sales and leaving money on the table.

We use Wufoo forms and we have been trying to integrate the forms so that when someone fills out one of our forms, it automatically populates the Capsule CRM fields. However, we have not been able to get it to work. There are three forms that we are trying to get to work. At the moment, when someone fills out a Wufoo form, all that happens is that Wufoo sends a copy to Capsule and the copy gets added to the person's record as an email - this is set up through a hook inputted on the Wufoo forms page. We would like the form data to go onto the person's record in the relevant field. We tried using a zap with Zapier but they said they could not get it to add to an existing record, only create a whole new record which doesn't help us. Everyone who fill...
Integrate Wufoo with kissmetrics Notes from kissmetrics staff Wufoo provides an integration with "webhooks", where basically, when someone submits the form, post the form data to a URL or server of your choosing. Once you've gotten the POSTed form data, you'd have to parse through it yourself and then send off the relevant pieces to KM using our regular ol' libraries. The good thing is that Wufoo gives some good pointers towards resources for getting started, if you're relatively new at doing such things. But in the end, it'll require extra scripting to make this a reality.
