Hiring Female writers for a Mommy/Mothers' Blog

I am looking for English writer who have motherhood experience. We have a project going on with a mommy blog, where we publish articles on baby care and wellness topics. Initially, you will have to write on baby gadgets like baby toys, stroller, carriers etc.
We have guidelines for article format which should be followed.
Terms
#1 This project is for 40 articles.
#2 We pay 5 usd per thousand words (1 usd for 200 words)
#3 I will provide article topics, and require minimum of five 1000 articles or more each week.
