M&A Deal Origination Associate

I am looking for help with M&A deal origination services for technology-based mid-size companies on a global scale. My company acquires mid-sized software companies and needs to analyze potential targets in the broader market. With the goal of establishing relationships with target companies, we require an experienced Associate to join our team and provide assistance with deal origination and support various engagements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the technology sector and be knowledgeable about the wider enterprise software market. They should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and be comfortable dealing with clients on a daily basis. The successful applicant must have the tenacity to keep reaching out to new targets constantly, the ability to identify potential target companies in the market, analyze their fit to our investment criteria and present the outcomes accurately.
