Flexi time summary report

Attached is an excel file downloaded from our office front door system. The report is downloaded each week (the one attached is September 3rd to 7th) and is arranged by day showing each time an employee enters and exits the office which may be numerous times each day. What I require is a summary report extracting each persons first time clocking in and last time clocking out each day. Then a calculation of total no of hours for each day per person after deducting 30 minutes for lunch. Finally a total no of hours per person for the week.
