Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures that accrual based accounting standards are consistently supported while performing bookkeeping duties.
Accurately prepares payments for deposit, records all deposits timely and accurately in accordance with company policy.
Reviews payroll for accuracy and Assists with payroll entry in the absence of the Payroll Manager
Facilitates the enrollment of new employees by assisting them in completing new hire paperwork and ensuring that each personnel file is complete.
Responsible for the managing the time tracking of employees on a daily basis. Holds managers accountable for their team's proper time tracking practices. Ensures that all changes to time clock punches are approved by the employee and documented.
Follow company processes for supporting office/payroll functions, as directed by Payroll Manager; prepares daily paperwork by organizing and sorting alphabetically for payroll entry.
Accurately, timely, and efficiently processes payroll each pay cycle. Uses proper pay codes to accurately tracking time off accrual balances by employee.
Calculates and reports commission earning timely for review and approval by senior management.
