A freelancer with outstanding communication skills. Time focused because I know that time is as precious as gold. I will not bid on any project unless I am 100% sure of the completion time, quality and satisfactory rate will be delivered to the employer. The slogan I learned from my experience is :The Customer is the king. So I treat every customer as a king. I worked as a manager in duty free shops for five years and now I am working for one of the most reputable organisations in delivering extra-ordinary customer satisfaction which is Marks & Spencer. So I know quite well how to deliver the service to satisfy any customer. I am multi-talented, but I prefer to focus on certain skills which I can do best. If, due to emergent circumstances, I am short of time, my wife helps me finish any jobs in hand. She is a PhD student specializing in Multimedia in Language Teaching. She has an MA in Language and Linguistics. She has a long experience in language teaching and testing, so she is the right person to do academic writing and proofreading. We both translated for a brilliant project run by Newcastle University, namely Linguacast, for autonomous language learning. We also have long experience in Arabic/English and English/Arabic translation.
