Need a vo artist for my project

I'm after a dance mash-up mix. The whole mix will need to be 75 - 80 min long and to be sent as mp3 files for both the individual files, and the album wrap. The individual tracks should be between 3:30 -5:00 minutes each and feature 2-3 songs overlayed to get a true mashup mix. I’m looking for an online audio interpreter

I have had a friend who has enhanced to the best of their ability and I have that and there is clearly voices that are there, but they are not low enough to actually hear them. I have the original and the enhanced version and if the voices can be heard clearly then there are a number of files that will need to be done and then be passed to the Police with you being recommended as the expert audio specialist, if you are agreeable. The key point is to make the audio audible enough for the average person to clearly hear the words spoken. Original file and the enhanced section will be provided when you e-mail. Small sample of your ability to enhance is required once files are provided and then the project will be a very large one for the right candidate.
