The cat (tabby) would be the knight riding the tortoise both with armor on. But instead of a cat holding a sword I would like it to be holding a fishing pole with a carrot hanging at the end in front of the tortoise. The rabbit (Dutch breed) would be to the side trying to reach the carrot as well. I would also like unique background elements incorporated in the design but I'd like to leave this to the professional's discretion for creativity.
