Business plan for a custom residential construction company that's looking for investors to raise capital for the purchase of developed lots in new home communities. In addition, funding will be needed for the purchase of homes that will be torn down in A locations in and around the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill area. As land and developed lots have become scarce millennials are seeking out locations inside urban area's and vast economic redevelopment is being done. The Company has been in business for almost two years and has built two homes for buyers with an average profit margin of 12%. The building company is in the process of purchasing three developed lots in Durham for $31,500 ea and will be building homes on the lots, average size is 2,400 sq feet for $280,000 - $300,000. The owner of the company is a licensed General Contractor that has over 20 years of residential construction and Real Estate background in the industry. I'm very well connected and have a vast subcontractor base and need venture capital to grow the company. Investors can initially invest money on a per project basis or be involved in the business for a number of years.
