oscommerce admin section new design layout -- 2

i basically am tired of watching the default design for oscommerce. I have a heavily edited version of oscommerce and would like to work with a freelancer that is SPECIALISED in graphics. i need the design to change into looking like this (more or less) I also need some coding for customer search to change so I can search it better and have it showed as in picture. You will copy the design we have into new design and then have the button functions follow. Do not send offer if you do not have time. We would do a by the hour work payment and you would be able to start next week Monday..
