Need US PHP programmer

HI I have a simple project. I have an article submitter that accepts manual input where I copy and paste and put the articles in. I would like to just have a program that can accept a .zip file full of articles and then populate the database instead of having to copy and paste. The program is already finished , just looking for this module. I can only work with US programmers. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
