The paper is titled: Free perpetual energy: A reality or a hoax? The paper centers around: 1. Discussing the different forms of free perpetual energy options (concepts) available. 2. Discussing previous attempts made on harnessing these energy options, including the success and failure stories associated with the various attempts, and recent advancements made in the field. 3. Discussing in details with pictures, the engineering and physics concepts governing free energy. 4. Quantifying the levels of energy obtainable from these sources and comparing these values to estimated consumption values per household, for different countries and geographical locations. 5. Discussing the commercialization approach and cost involved in realising these forms of energy options as secondary back up energy options in Nigeria. 6. Perform some analysis for each of the free energy concepts and sub-concepts discussed, using the data obtained from review of various available literatures: a. Cost benefit analysis b. Sustainability studies c. Scale-ability studies
