NOTE - MUST have Shutterstock account. New web site in HTML, CSS, Flash, PhP, etc. Steps: Milestone 1 - (today) load theme (not word press), primary image and logo from my graphic designer. I give IP, FTP access to root directory. Form points to correct email, all social media buttons linked. Release. Milestone 2. I deliver all web architecture, discussion on functionality, etc. I finalize work on flip book with designer. Flip book must be embedded (no [login to view URL]). All copy, content delivered. Cookie Policy acceptance pop up enabled. 5-second flash intro added. Google maps and analytics tags embedded. Salesforce web-to-lead enabled. Beta site with disinvitation [login to view URL] files put online. Release. 3. The site will have a password protected account for each client including API links. Initially, the beta site client login will not be functional but a dummy login screen will exist. Beta testing begins in earnest. Once testing completed, disinvitation robots killed and I sign off. Release. 4. We begin creation of professional video to replace flash intro with voice over (30 seconds), option to skip. The two are swapped. Release. * NOTE * the milestone release amounts will vary depending on the complexity of each stage. Milestone 1 & 4 are micro projects. The heavy lifting is in Milestones 2 & 3.
