vb6 Control to Save Bitmap as a TIFF

I am looking for a COM object as a DLL that can take a vb6 picture box and save it as a TIFF file to disk. It should be able to also handle multipage files. TIFF files will be 1 bit images at 300 bpi and using CCITT Group 4 compression. I would likes it to be as self contained as possible and not using external libraries. I would like the source code for the control control to be as small as possible, very nicely commented. If you have any questions please ask
