I need a c# with ffmpeg wrapper that can receive N RTSP stream from cameras in H264 and H265 codec. Save it in Raw files splitted in 5 minutes files from each camera and restream in multicast N*3 (low quality,medium quality,hight quality) TO N clients vrtsp viewer and trascoding from h264 to h265 in case of original camera codec is h264. Only server should be done,
