Data visualisation and manipulation

Build a front end to two sqilte databases. • visualization of 2d and 3d data points • spatially navigate the data sets • filter the databases to see specific subsets of data • dynamically size, colorize and symbolize points by variables (numeric and none numeric data types) • visually select and subset data – write to CSV & sub-setted SQlite databases (links across tables) • import data into the database given a specific text format – with validations • write back specific modifications to the databases • incorporate specific data processing functions on the databases • specific functions to manipulate and interrogate the data sets • Integrate exports to include data stored locally and linked by references to fields in database a folder / file names • Integrate exports to include other spatial data (using spatial limits) • Given time other functionality added – specific python and F# functions Ideally written in C# so that fast F# functions can be easily integrated. Integration of python wrappers to core functions and call external python modules to be applied to the datasets. Experience dealing with: SQlite databases, data visualization and manipulation, & ideally geospatial data sets, including GDAL libraries, raster imagery and GIS data sets. Good level of English and good communication skills a must.
