LinkedIn ProFinder Automated Response Program

Are you familiar with Linkedin ProFinder? I have an example of a desktop application I need developed that will automate sending proposals on ProFinder so that users will be first to send a proposal to a service request and increase their chances of landing work. I believe it was created with Visual Studio, .NET, C#, or C++, but I'm not 100% sure. I have provided a link to download this application and videos that demonstrate how it works, but it requires an activation code to access. What this application does is logs into LinkedIn, goes to ProFinder, and keeps refreshing the page to view incoming requests. If there's a request, it'll automatically send a pre-written proposal to respond to the request and keep doing so. People don't have time to wait around their computer and keep refreshing the page for requests then write proposals for each one. This will automate the process. Logging into LinkedIn, going to ProFinder, and refreshing the page to keep up with viewing incoming requests so it can send requests when they come and go back to refreshing the page. What I want you to develop is an application just like this, except: -It should not require an activation code to access, so you don't need to develop any license key generator and you can just use it -it does not need to have the Exclusions feature Do you think you can do this?
