C# - .NET Framework - Simple Windows Forms Application to open Power BI Embedded (Third Party - App owns data) in WebView

Hello, At the end I need to integrate a Power BI report into a third-party application. This application is capable of reading a single .dll file as a plugin to extend it's functionality. For this project I need a simple C# .NET Framework Windows Forms App, which presents a form at the beginning, with a button, which opens a WebView showing a HTML-file with an embedded Power BI report. The application should be able to read all necessary information to use the AuthenticationType ServicePrincipal (app-only token) provided in a config file containing applicationId, workspaceId, reportId, applicationsecret & tenant. It is important, that the Power BI report opens directly without another login prompt. The webView should base on the NuGet package Microsoft.Toolkit.Forms.UI.Controls.WebView.
