- Solution oriented and resourceful. Know how to find solution. - At least 5 years experience in web platforms including web development; at least 3 years in mobile platform. - Have a good understanding on Content Management System, Content Delivery Network (CDN), API integration, Distributed system - Adobe Cloud Marketing (AEM) experience will be a plus. - At least 2 years experience in project management. - Experience in waterfall, lean and agile framework and able to execute them interchangebly depending on business nature. - Have a good concept/understanding on presentation layer, application layer and backend - Understand digital marketing, analytics & tracking and believing in using data for decision making. - Experience in incident management, change request management, budget estimation, contract negotiation - Managed a team before, if not, worked in a team before. - Experience working in multicultural, respective to other cultures. - Experience in managing a team remotely - Good communication skill, to staff and superior. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
