We are building a news aggregator for oilfield industry. Looking for writer/editor, who will review and write a short abstract on news articles we will be referencing to. With each short post we will provide the links to original media site. Each post will be 1 paragraph long, we estimate around 10 posts a day. Thus the workload will be around 2 pages a day. No research or original content writing is required, however the abstracts have to reflect the article content. Thus, the freelancer has to read original article, understand the content and be able to write a brief synopsis. The material will be preselected by the editor and provided to freelancer on a daily basis. It is required to be knowledgeable in oilfield specifics (upstream). Native English proficiency is a must with excellent writing skills and good style. Senior student, postgrad student as well as graduated professional in upstream are equally acceptable.
