Customer support via chat for a Cloud BPM Tool. Side job (not very demanding).

We built a SaaS BPM and Workflow tool. It is sold worldwide. Now we need to provide customer support via chat for regions in different time zones as our: 6 pm to 6 am [-3GMT], Monday to Friday. This is not programming or advanced IT support. This is end-user support to use a very friendly tool, with some advanced features. We really do need strong English written capabilities, building very friendly relationships with our customers. We expect only a few requests per day, so we don't expect full dedication from your side. Only when a customer asks something, you should answer. Said that we were thinking that you may be doing something else, and if a question arrives, you should answer. Think of it as a side job. You will need a PC for complex questions, but for easier questions, you can use your phone or tablet with the chat app. We expect an average of 5 chats per hour from 6 pm to 10 pm (20 chats in 4 hours). We expect just 5 chats in the rest of the night, from 10 pm to 6 am (5 chats in 8 hours). Given this low dedication, we think this customer support as a side activity. In this context, we are planning to pay $1 per hour, about $264 per month (22 working days). We would require you to learn about our product. We would expect to spend about 20/25 hours, completing a Certification program. When you end this program you will have a test. If you approve, you will be paid USD 50 for the training, and you will be ready for chat support starting the work. Very important, this is not a project with an end-date. We are trying to build a long term relationship. Maybe in the future, if we get more customer in your time zone, we will receive more chats, and we can increase your dedication and payment.
