I have more than 15 years of experience in SQL Server database design, modelling, development and Administration. I have worked for database designing and modelling of complex business requirements at efficient way. I have very good experience in TSql, writing complex scripts, complex stored procedures, functions, triggers etc. I am good with performance tuning which includes Index and its usages, JOINS, dynamic queries, CTE, Temp tables, Table variable and all its usages. I am also good and working with big clients for BI part like SSIS, SSRS and SSAS. Created different workflow PACKAGES and reports for clients. I also involved in Data warehouse design form OLTP systems.  I have worked with medium to large mission critical databases. Worked as DBA for 24*7 support environment. Involved in activities like Performance monitoring, Log file maintenance, deadlocks and blocking handling, disk space management, Job monitoring and failure handling, Backup and recovery process for disaster management.
