Build a portalcommunity with Drupal (OpenSocial) from type Event Management

The idea is, that i search a team, which help me to create a community for an new Online-Community. But in new way. I have described the idea on the page [login to view URL] . It should be possible to the end, that its possible to register in tthree usertypes. This is Organizer, the Supplier and for Visitors. Further it need for the Organisator a page, where he could create or write his events how it is described on the page on [login to view URL] . Further it should be possible for him, to search in the database from the "Supplier", to add products, services and stuff to his event. That means, for the Supplier we need a form, where he could add his stuff. Whatever. We must define in near feature we could implement. Further, when the Organizer has created a new Evenidea, he could give it free, so that the whole community could now connect togheter this event with a "Rating and Feedback" Form at eachh event. So whe whole community could create events of each kind togheter as one. So at least, every would be happyy with the event, becaue everyone was a creator. With success for sure. Now, the idea is, that we as opperator could now earn from each event. For example, we say we want 2% from each product or service or whatever. This is then our income. I have more ideas, how we could create such tools for create a biit more fair life. Where could help me out here as teammember with me?
