Hello freelancers and hope you are all well. I have this project for aprox $20-50USD depending on the changes needed. It is on fuzzy utastar code implemetation in matlab. I ATTACH the description in the [login to view URL] and the code created in the [login to view URL] file. The code should take multiple excel sheets (users), should understand automatically the rows and columns inputed and output the results of Fuzzy [login to view URL] . I need you to check that the paper's algorithm ( In 2.1.2 chapter of the paper) is implemented step by step and check if the results are the same with the paper, and fix it if needed.
