I will need an engineer who can write official report of use of ultrasound speakers (beacons) for use in hacking for personal injury case. The report must prove that the ultrasound is not only in and of itself ultrasound emission, but in organized packets to activate computer apps via microphones. (It is for civil damages and to convict) and need simple proof police can understand and take seriously with submission by lawyer to feds and local authorities.
