I've worked as a customer service representative for almost 3 years in a BPO company. and I was able to handle and help customers from North America, Canada, and Australia. I have processed returns and replacements for customers, locate and track packages and resolved different customers’ cases even those that include irate ones.
I’m very efficient in handling different tasks that are given to me. I'm a fast learner and am very flexible as well. I can work at any given time since I'm a home-based mother of two. I am also skilled in handling clients through email or over the phone during my work as a customer service representative. But I’m also very much willing to learn new tools to do the job well done. I’m a team player, but I can also work alone if the situation needs to be.
