Transcription of session recorings

Looking for experienced transcribers to transcribe the audio recordings of sessions and provide it with accuracy and agreed timelines. About the work - each recording will be an audio recording in MP3 or WMA - mostly English. Occasionally some words, phrases, sentences in Hindi. - will need to be transcribed according to given instructions / standards into MS Word document. - Each session could be from 1 hour to 3 hours - Payment will be made according to hours / length of recording and not the hours put in to transcribe - While work will be given by each recording, I am looking for longer term association as there are a lot of sessions coming up on a continuous basis. If it works out, a permanent position may also be offered About the skills / experience - should be very proficient in English and comfortable with Hindi - should be familiar with cloud storage (like Dropbox, Google Drive), MS Word - should be accurate in output and give work output as per agreed timelines This is an ongoing work with several hundred recordings. So looking for the right mix of skills, pricing and work ethics in the individual(s). In order to finalize, it may be required to do a sample work of around 1 hour of audio (max). NDA (non disclosure agreement) may also be required for specific sessions. The offered rates are quoted per hour of audio.
