Automate Copy/Paste from Excel into PowerPoint

Background - I am a consultant who re-uses the same document clauses over and over. I have designed a document assembly program in Excel that allows me to make selections from a large library of clauses that are re-used in my client presentations. I am using Office 365 Microsoft Office products for the Mac. Once I have selected the desired clauses, I am copying and pasting a small batch and inserting them into a PowerPoint table template. It requires several copy/paste routines to insert all of them into Ppt, often requiring multiple attempts to avoid flowing off the page. Goal - Automate the insertion routine whereby the maximum number of insertions from Excel fit on each page of the PowerPoint before starting the next page. The inserted clauses need to maintain their formats from the Excel program (e.g. Font, size, color, bullets, spacing, etc).
