Hi, I went through your requirement, and its a great idea to consolidate the costs in the master review sheet. I think you might need to also consider 3 things. 1> All data in the master review needs to be sorted by dispatch number and then by months. This will give you a better understanding of how a particular dispatch has been trending (cost + invoice). If this is not sorted, then it will becomes a tedious exercise to get such an understanding 2> you can consider displaying this information (from Pt1) for any chosen dispatch number graphically. It will be very effective to get a visual representation 3> Indicators: Lets assume that as a business you have a target to ensure that each dispatch had invoice 90% or 100% every month or 90% or 100% of cost. then maybe you can also have a functionality where any dispatch where this is not true can be highlighted in red, or shown as a separate report I have over 15 years of creating customized excel based solutions for companies like Dupont, Volvo, Accenture, Pratt and Whitney. Hello I would be happy to help with you query. For reference I would create a button on the master review sheet where this would create a list of unique dispatch numbers to populate into the Dispatch number column. Then I would create a formula in the cost and invoice columns to reference in each month's costs/invoices for that dispatch number. The button would need to be pressed for the master sheet to be populated for new dispatch numbers but this will be quick for the macro to perform the calculations. If this sounds reasonable to you I will be able to get started asap. Over my 10 years I progressed to become the main port of call for all Excel queries and became the local technology champion for my office. Create tabs for all months. Build out array's on Master Review tab for totals. May need to created a reconciliation tab for 'Dispatches'. Dispatches tab with start date maybe?
