I would like to hire an Excel Expert

I need to come up with a process for conducting a billing audit. I exported data from investment advisor software showing all accounts that were sent an invoice (columns A-D). I then exported data from from the software showing all accounts that had a management fee transaction, proving that the fee was in fact deducted from the account (columns F-I). As you can see, 34 accounts were sent an invoice but only 32 accounts had the fee deducted. I need a solution (vlookup??) that will go through the spreadsheet and find the 2 accounts that did not have fees deducted. This spreadsheet is a sample. The "real" one could be hundreds of accounts which is why I'm looking for a solution. I also would need the process to be documented so that I could use this audit procedure month after month.
