Garment Construction - Tights and crop top

I am starting a little brand called Keely & Bear and I am looking for someone with garment construction knowledge to help me make a pretty basic pattern. kids leggings and a cropped singlet with a frill sleeve. My background is more in repair print fabric making, so will be designing my own fabric for the garment to be made into. would like someone local to Brisbane if possible for any future work. Task + Future Tasks: Garment construction - a pattern made for activewear leggings + Crop top (Kids aged 3-10) can make in size 5 or 8 as I have kids to model fit off. Sewing - sewing a test of the pattern to see fit. Technical sketch - made to send to manufacture.
