Our engineering company, Parsons Peebles, has a new branch opening in London and we're holding a launch day. We have our own car park at the premises so we'd love to have some sort of food truck for our guests, approximately 100. We're thinking along the lines of a hog roast, a noodle van or perhaps Indian street food - something that will appeal to burly blokes looking for a bit of stodge!
