Photp shop/ Photo editing expert

hello this should be a very fast job for someone who is a gun at photo shop. in the attached images there is a book cover and a head and shoulder picture and a website psd. Basically all i want is to have 2 images made looking and having the same Feel and theme of the book cover. I know the lighting hasnt been perfectly done in the origonal pic but what im after is the head on the same side as the book cover , the head is on a lean so straighten that up vertically a bit, key it out really cleanly and make the back ground effect same as the book cover but use the main brown used in the psd, fading to very dark brown or black. i still want the light glow around the head, but would also like to try to duplicate some of the shadowing in the book cover to give the new image the same look and feel. the 2 images i need are a dvd cover 27.5 cm x 18.3 cm and 920 490 pixels for a web banner. Also on the cover where it says "paul henry" in font type myraid pro i need it saying "Inside the mind of a trader" with the word "inside" on top "in the mind of a " smaller text in the middle and "trader" underneith. and where it says "what was i thinking" i want it saying "Beginners Workshop" in the same font as above. please only bid if you are extremly good at this sort of work and are very experienced wih manipulating shadows and delivering a high quality image. this needs to look very realistic and not look like its been photoshopped also i need a very quick turn around so i would like to get this done today. thanks Andy i always need good designer so there is lots of ongoing work avaialable p.s ill also attach an image for the green to be used where there4 is yellow text
