This project has two potential components. A non-disclosure agreement will be required before beginning. This will be an ongoing project if the results are satisfactory. I have already figured out how to process the images and it is extremely easy, I just don't have the time to do and am looking to pay someone for this simple process. 1. I am working on a project that involves animating vehicle gauges. However, I need every frame (every gauge needle location) saved as an individual photo file. The process is very simple if you use Adobe Premiere. I have a few different gauge designs that I will need exported with various background colors and in various sizes. I can outline the process once we begin. 2. I may in the future need to develop a variety of styles of gauges, so some graphic design may be possible. To be determined. The primary objective is the first above.
