Build me a Landing Page for my Real Estate Business

I need you to design and build a Real Estate landing page. We have purchased a domain for this purpose that is hosted with GoDaddy. We prefer Word Press, as that is the system we are used to dealing with. This will be a custom website with minimal design work. We need a professional developer who is comfortable in generating forms. We also require beautiful UI/UX designs and fast loading times and an SEO friendly website. This will be a three-page Website, with different information required to be entered at each point. Page 1: Will require a contact form to capture an email address. Page 2: Would contain four drop-down menus as well as four “tick box” type menus as well. Page 3: Another contact form that will require: Name: Phone (optional): Ideal buying timeline – This will be a drop-down menu. I would like the form to capture individuals entries at each stage of the process (ie even if they don’t complete all three pages of information, I would like to still be sent the email they have entered on page 1). All notifications need to forward to my email address. The landing page needs to be a responsive design that works on all platforms. We will not be selling anything on the landing page, so we won't need a shopping cart, link to PayPal, merchant account, etc. The content is written and I have some layout ideas already that I can forward to you, so we should be able to turn the project around in less than one week. Open to working with anyone in the world, as long as the designer's English is good. ONE MORE THING: I need the site to be smart phone optimized as well please.
