We are looking for some developer that can convert PSD files to HTML/CSS. Developer must have a lot experience on Photoshop - HTML and CSS. We are looking for someone that can developed "pixel Perfect" html screens utilizing all css available code and minimizing the usage of graphics. Find attached one of the screens attached. This is for a IONIC HTML5 App - Iphone 6plus only. There is around 10 screens including navigation
