Customer Interface / Project Management

Hello, i´m searching for programmer / designers who can help me on my project. I would like to sell services such as social media marketing, SEO optimization as well as web design & webshops via my platform. So that my customers are optimally looked after, there is a briefing form after the purchase, which gives me information about the customer project. This process should run on WooCommerce + Gravity Forms. So far, no problem. However, the client should be able to track the status of his project in his interface. This means that the briefing form is to be integrated into a project management or created as a project (if possible), the milestones or individual tasks are then created & the customer can follow through a progress bar how far the project already is. Feedbacks, corrections etc will be available in more detail. At least that's the basic function that I need. I already have approaches that would be feasible. For this order I'm looking for an extremely reliable person or team. Unfortunately, I've been fooled several times, which cost me a lot of money, which is why I do not want to experience something like that again or the budget has unfortunately shrunk a bit.
