Design & develop Mock-up for website of finance application process

This job will be in two parts 1. Mockup design 2. Develop mockup into responsive bootstrap HTML templates If the first part goes well, and if I need the second part of that, then I will order the second part. So, Now I want to get mockup design of web application, which will be used for finance application process. Means, Customer come on the website, & apply for finance, it will have series of question & requirements form to be filled by the customer to apply for it. I have HTML flow of it, I want it to be built with great design. Now, the main important part for me is that It needs to build trust and credibility around our brand. I’m very demanding on design. Points while developing it, the basis for development, as it’s to be used primarily on a smartphone. Please provide any past portfolio, so I can get an idea about your design level.
