Graphic design to re-skin a Squarespace Web site

I have a Square-space website and I want an individual (not a company) to work with me to change the graphics and template of the site to make it look more professional and to project the image I am trying to convey. This does not involve any copy-writing or branding or strategy. I want you to take my design guidelines and create images and layout so the existing web site better reflects those sensibilities. (its not easy but its a fun project for a creative person) The web site is a simple brochure with 5-6 tabs/pages. There is no e-commerce. You will come up with a few ideas and we will iterate around them. Once the style is agreed you will create all the graphics and load and update the site in Squarespace creating the re-skinned site I am looking for someone with a great design sense and sensibility that can reflect the image I am trying to project. (see attached 1 page) So when you show me websites or designs that you have designed - please take the look and feel I am looking for into perspective, if you have none that match my goal show me the closest you have and show me some examples of other peoples sites you feel reflect what I am looking for. The product is a service, but I will not show you the web site because I do not want to influence your approach. I am looking for design talent and someone fun and easy to work with. Please quote for this as a one time project but if we work well together I am looking to build a relationship for other jobs around this project in the future (eg PDFs, postcards, marketing materials) and inevitably whatever we build now will get changed within a year
