The project is centered around giving West African people honor and recognition by making people rate them, and like them into a special membership protected carousel gallery page known as The Hall of Fame. Selection into this special page is through a guided online process where visitors are made to suggest whom they consider to be West African heroes in a simple process that requires them to register. Registration requires your full names, your e-mail, country of residence. 5. Immediately you register, you are directed to the “Suggestion Room”, to suggest someone or like nominees from a set of scrolling images. Here, in the beginning, there will be no comments, ratings, or likes. You are therefore prompted to do this from this page. 6. After doing this, your suggested heroes, your ratings, comments, are properly profiled in your registration page. Together with profile completeness, You are always prompted to do something anytime you log in. you are occasionally prompted to do these through emails. 7. The Title of this page carrying image carousel is “YOU ARE IN THE SUGGESTION ROOM” 8. In the SUGGESTION ROOM, They are presented with a fast scrolling carousel carrying names and pictures of people. This is called THE SUGGESTION ROOM. The faces are scrolled to the right, with left and right scrollers on both ends. At mouse hovers, a face stops, and pops out for you to “like”. A certain amount of likes, say 500 likes takes the image away from the SUGGESTION ROOM automatically to the NOMINATION ROOM. At the Nomination Room, the image maintains its likes and must grow this “likes” coupled with ratings for the image to move to THE HALL OF FAME automatically. The image shows the name of the nominee, shows the amount of views, amount of likes or votes, plus comments. At the NOMINATION ROOM is a link for “SUGGEST ANOTHER HERO” You may suggest as many heroes as possible but you cannot suggest or nominate the same person twice. This action is registered in the members’ profile. 9. NOMINATION ROOM/CAROUSEL; to nominate anyone from the SUGGESTION ROOM or Carousel, you must be registered. The person you are nominating must be a West African. Nomination process starts by clicking on the person’s photo. This automatically brings up a form into which the registrant’s details are already created. The form carries a thumbnail photo of the nominee to be. In the form, there is a place for rating, likes, a category on Leadership, Business, Education, Entertainment that the person must choose from. 10. HALL OF FAME: 1000 LIKES, a good rating and positive commentaries automatically split the person into the four different galleries in the West Africa Hall of fame: Entertainment, Leadership, Business and Education. Inside the page of the HALL OF FAME, You see four different slide shows carrying these categories. Clicking on anyone opens a scrolling carousel of Art images (You may use free ordinary photograph in the meantime) with a brief biography and achievements. The Hall of Fame is not accessible if the person is not registered or has not nominated someone through liking or rating. 11. In all of these, there should be a report page or system where all data of heroes and activities in the website are collated. 12. Create a newsletter that requires registration 13.
