The opening of our film needs a realistic Neon sign put on the outside of a building or brick wall. The light must look lifelike. Like a real light. I'd like for it to be a moving shot, as in rotating around from the side and ending on it in the center of the frame. The shot must start with the light off, but turning/flickering on. The sign will read "NEON" which is the title of the film. We'd like for it to be a Ice Blue and Pink. You can maybe do a Pink outline on the light with the words in Ice Blue. We can discuss coloring once we get further into the design. It is going to be in a feature film and you will get credit in the film's final credit roll and paid $25.
