I need my website to validate 100% for all the w3validator tests (css test, html test etc). Any of the keywords in the "meta keywords" that are not also on that very same page should be removed. I'm using this as a template to make a new site which helps people to evict troublesome tenants (by putting even more annoying tenants in the house/flat). In our country this is the best way to get rid of tenants since the law is biased towards tenants. I need all the pictures the site currently has to be replaced with subject relevant pictures (see above) This is why im making the site. ** This part is quite important Any extra SEO recommendations would be most welcome. The site currenlty has 7 basic static php pages. I will forward the zip file once I choose a freelancer.
