Web Designer Developper Full Time

We are looking to hire someone full time for USD 350 per month. We are hardcore entrepreneurs with successful businesses based in Los Angeles,California. Since we will be working remotely we need to be able to build trust with each other. You will be working and communicating mainly with one of our board members ((Michael) most of the time) who will provide guidance and assign each task clearly. Before getting hired, your skills will be tested under a paid trial period of 3 to 10 weeks, time will be determined depending on the level of improvement and performance. The evaluation will start as early as on the third week of the trial period. The main job description is to launch a series of Websites and Mobile applications. We set our standards high in terms of Web developing and designing abilities. Developers and Designers are two different fields but if you can combine both, it will be your greatest asset. Additional tasks and assignments will be given depending on the project, employee should be willing to devote his time and energy to help us achieve our target. Qualifications: ¥ Bachelor degree of Computer Science, CCE, IT, or equivalent ¥ Must have at least 3 years of experience ¥ Must have world class abilities in CSS, HTML, PHP and Javascript ¥ Master in UI / UX designing. ¥ Front End Web Dev and Design ¥ WordPress Expert Bonus Skills Highly evaluated: ¥ IOS SWIFT ¥ SEO ¥ Google Analytics ¥ E-commerce ¥ Article Writing/ Research Requirements: ¥ Excellent work ethic. That’s the most important part we are looking for. With time employee will be handling a lot of tasks simultaneously. If you do not know,ask and you will be guided as long as you are determined and willing to learn. ¥ Excellent command in the English language, in both written and oral ¥ Ability to multi-task is a must ¥ Organized ¥ Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment ¥ Keen eye on details ¥ Ability to work productively with minimal supervision ¥ Must be willing to work according to different time zones. Currently Los Angeles time zone. Not always but most of the times it is required. ¥ As an entrepreneur we need sometimes research, article writing you must be great in that. ¥ Must have access to a stable fast internet connection. ¥ Must have access to a quiet place to work and take calls.
