Javascript: Implement a clickable movie image/thumbnail. (When the image is clicked the video starts playing)

Hi there! :-), A microproject with javascript project: I need to have the functionality that a movie thumbnail will show before the video is going to play. (See a reference example where the Image is placed on top of the movieplayer, and when you CLICK the thumbnail the video STARTS) ----> [login to view URL] My demo player is here ----> [login to view URL] (I need the video thumbnail implemented using this player) The movie thumbnail: ----> [login to view URL] (Zipped downloadable player code below. Just download the zip file and put on your own webserver to test it) ----> [login to view URL] (PS! It may be that the image get's replaced by the player and autostarts the video as well).
