Laravel Pro needed for Mechanic Jobs website (not a Wordpress site)

My website called PDX Mechanics ([login to view URL]) will essentially be a jobs website similar to Freelancer, upwork, and Fiverr. The most important ways I will generate revenue (and why it's a complex site I can't build), are these. The functionality is difficult. 1. Post Repair (5 wrenches/credits) 2. Post a Service (5 wrenches) 3. Bid on a repair (1 wrench) 4. Post a profile (25 wrenches) The site will use Paypal integration. You will be able to purchase credits to use on the website and there are no refunds. I'm a UX Designer and can supply all designs and user flow. The Laravel template is already uploaded to the hosting company. I can give you the cpanel ID and password for you to start the job. The best starting point on the template is to view the homepage sample and delete many items prior. See the website now: home v2 is the one will will use. Please don't ask for anymore money than what you bid for. I will be paying $100 per month after the site is made for updates and maintenance.
