we are seeking 3 men can build me a #hashtag monitor tool. It should monitor 1-100 or more hashtags on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Should work like this: I login to backend. I add a keyword for scanning. The tool will then scan the chosen social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) to find the selected keywords. It will then show where those #hashtag keywords have been found, with links to those posts. I would also need some simple stats and reports, showing how many times a #hashtag has been mentioned daily/weekly/monthly and the percentages for each social media platform (x% on Instagram etc.). It should also be able to send a notification to a server, sms or email that X mentions have been discovered. BONUS: We have an exam for csv file I/O functilities. if you pass an simple exam, we will hire you without any other questions.
