Chat application in java

hi my name is mathan , i need a chat application with audio, video and conferencing facility 1. the chat application should not be in full screen, design should be similar to facebook chat application 2. all logged in user should be displayed in chat list and it should have an option to view offline user also 3. chat application should contain available, invisible and busy mode(no need of much option like gmail) 4. should display in right corner like facebook 4. when an user starts an conferencing(should change to new tab) and they can invite user by using a multiple check box 5. video conferencing should support both video and audio mode programming : use only java for server side code(servlet, jsp, struts, hibernate and spring) database: mysql design is very very very important
